A 23-year-old man was critically wounded in a shooting at a party in Bensalem Township Sunday morning, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
During an altercation over an allegedly stolen phone, a man pulled a handgun and fired several shots, injuring Anchul Rastogi.
The party was thrown to welcome home a man who had been serving with the military in Iraq.
