Man Shot 4 Times in North Philly

A man is recovering after he was shot several times in North Philadelphia.

The 39-year-old man was on the 2700 block of Montgomery Avenue around 2:30 a.m. when an unknown gunman approached him and opened fire. The man was struck four times in the leg and hip.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he is currently in stable condition.

No arrests have been made. Police have not yet released information on any suspects.
