Man Pistol Whipped and Robbed of $200

Police find 9mm handgun at the home of two suspects

Two people have been arrested in connection with the armed robbery of a man on November 29 in Atlantic County.

Police say the victim was on Buena Vista Avenue, when he was approached by three people. The victim says he was pistol whipped in the back of the head and his clothing was ripped.

The suspects made off with $200.

On Thursday, Police arrested Shanae G. Dudley, age 28, and Delmarsha R. Allen, age 25, after getting a search warrant to check their home on Buena Vista Avenue.

Officers found evidence of this crime inside the residence, including a 9mm semi-automatic handgun.

β€œThe sickening part of this crime is that there was no need to beat the victim, and such
behavior is an example of just how dangerous people can be when they are desperate,” said Buena Detective Matt Molnar.

Dudley and Allen were both charged with First Degree Robbery, Second Degree Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, and weapons offenses.
