Man Pees In Front of Girl After Attempted Luring: Police

A man is now in custody after he allegedly tried to lure a young girl, exposed himself and urinated in front of her and then crashed several times after fleeing the scene in Bensalem Township.

On Saturday around noon police responded to a report of an attempted child luring on the 3200 block of Claridge Road. An 8-year-old girl told investigators she was outside her home when she was approached by a man, later identified by police as 22-year-old Juan Perez-Juarez, who tried to lure her into his car.

After the girl told him she wasn’t allowed to go with him, Perez-Juarez allegedly left the vehicle, exposed his penis and then urinated in the street. He then fled the scene after being confronted by the girl’s father. Witnesses say he crashed into a pole on the 3100 block of Claridge as he drove away.

“He hit the pole, the pole went flying across and then he just kept on going, zig-zagging up the street,” said Tony Volpe, a witness.

Police say he continued driving away and crashed again into a parked car on Route 1 in Middletown Township before flipping over a guardrail, causing injuries to another driver.
Responding police officers were then able to apprehend him.

Perez-Juarez, who police say is an illegal immigrant born in Guatemala but living in Trenton, New Jersey, is charged with luring a child into a Motor Vehicle, indecent exposure and other related offenses. He was arraigned at the Bensalem Township Police Department around 8 p.m. Saturday. He is currently being held on $200,000 bail.

“It’s disgusting for him to do that to a little girl,” Volpe said. “Thank God that he didn’t touch her or get near her because it could’ve been a lot worse.”
