Police are searching for a man who they say assaulted a woman in Old City.
On Sunday, September 9, police say a 26-year-old woman was walking on 2nd Street between Race and Arch Streets around 2:45 a.m. As she was walking, she was approached by a man who indecently assaulted her and attempted to grab her purse before running away.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20’s to early 30’s, standing between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-10, weighing between 155 and 165 pounds with a dark stubble beard and short, dark hair. He was last seen wearing light colored sneakers and khaki shorts.
