A man has been charged with exposing himself to two young girls at an apartment complex in Claymont, Del.
New Castle County police say the two girls reported Friday evening that a man had exposed his genitals to them at the Waterview Court Apartments located on the 300 block of harbor Drive..
Police identified 46-year-old Benedicto Espinoza-Torres as a suspect. Espinoza-Torres lives in another apartment complex a few blocks away. He was taken into custody without incident and charged with two counts of first-degree indecent exposure.He was arraigned and released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
