Man Charged With Hosting Teen Drinking Party

More than four dozen teens tested positive for alcohol consumption, Whiteland Township police said.

A Chester County man accused of hosting a teen drinking party was charged with corrupting minors, furnishing alcohol and related offenses, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.

James M. Stec, 46, told police he had no idea dozens of teens were drinking at his home last Tuesday. But several young party goers denied Stec's claims, according to police.

Police were tipped off by a 911 caller who reported "numerous teenagers" were around Stec's home "possibly engaged in illegal activity," according to police.

When police arrived at the home on Palomino Drive, they allegedly found teens 15 to 18 years old drinking inside and outside the home. Forty-six of those teens tested positive for alcohol consumption. They were charged with underage drinking, according to investigators.
