Man Brings 3-Year-Old Son to Drug Deal: Cops

A Montgomery County man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly selling drugs to an undercover cop…while his son was with him.

During an investigation that began on August 4, an undercover detective met with 24-year-old Chheng Ploysy five different times to buy drugs, according to investigators. During three of these occasions, Ploysy allegedly brought his three-year-old son with him.

During one drug deal, Ploysy allegedly sold the detective cocaine and marijuana while on his bicycle with a trailer attached to it. Inside the trailer was Ploysy's son, according to police.

He is charged with possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, possession of controlled substances, criminal use of communication facility, recklessly endangering another person and endangering the welfare of children.

Ploysy was arraigned on October 19. His bail is set at $30,000 cash.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 29 at 10 a.m.
