Detectives have charged a man with a shooting along a Center City sidewalk earlier this month that left a person critically hurt.
Tyrone Wilson, 21, was arrested Thursday in connection with the early morning shooting on February 16th.
Philadelphia Police said Wilson approached two men just before 1 a.m. at the corner of 15th and Locust streets. He opened fire on them, hitting a 38-year-old in the arm.
The victim and his friend ran from the intersection before collapsing in front of the Kimmel Center at Spruce Street, police said.
The man was rushed to Hahnemann Hospital in critical condition.
Wilson is charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, simple assault and related offenses. Attorney information was not immediately available.
Police did not have an updated condition on the victim.
