During his most recent arrest, investigators say he was stopped by Pennsylvania State Police on northbound Interstate 95 in Bensalem, according to the Philly Burbs. Police say Collins’ blood alcohol level was above .16, two times the legal driving limit. On September 12 he was charged with DUI, driving while uninsured, speeding and other related offenses.

The Philly Burbs reports Collins is also serving his final year of probation stemming from his last DUI conviction in which police say he fled from a car crash back in 2007 that injured three people.

Collins is currently in custody at the Bucks County prison.
