Man Faces Charges of Coercing Teens to Send Explicit Pictures

A federal grand jury has indicted a Delaware man accused of creating a fake Facebook account under the alias "Chase Reacher" to coerce teens into sending him explicit pictures.

News outlets report 37-year-old Scott C. Foster was indicted April 13 on charges related to the production, receipt and possession of child pornography. The indictment was unsealed Monday before a federal magistrate judge.

The indictment states Foster knowingly persuaded two Maryland juveniles to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing elicit images between August and September. The indictment says Foster attempted to persuade another Maryland juvenile in the same time period.

It's unclear if Foster has an attorney.
