A man who's alleged actions had several women in Philadelphia living in fear over the summer is in court today.
Dorrell Shaw, 26, is accused of sexually assaulting four women in the city's Frankford section last August.
Shaw is accused in four of six attacks that took place in Frankford this summer.
All of the attacks were within close proximity of each other.
DNA evidence links Shaw to the crimes, police said.
