Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting in the parking lot of a union hall in New Castle.
Police say a 20-year-old Philadelphia man was leaving a party at the IBEW Union Hall when a fight broke out in the parking lot. A man opened fire with a handgun and shot the Philadelphia man in the leg.
The victim was taken to a hospital by friends, and police say his condition was stable. Police have not identified a suspect.
