If you ever wanted to live on the grounds of an historic Main Line estate, now is your chance.
A portion of Ardrossan Farms off Newtown and Darby-Paoli Roads in Radnor, Pa., is being cut up into 16 home sites. Each is for sale for $1.5 million.
The parcels are part of 112 acres of the farm’s eastern viewshed and all of that land will eventually be controlled by a homeowner’s association comprised of those 16 landowners.
