Camden County Police were on patrol Thursday night, when officers spotted something unusual — legs dangling out the window of a moving car.
Police say they pulled the car over and found out they had actually stopped a robbery in progress. The woman who was driving the car told officers that a man approached her car, grabbed her by the shirt and demanded money.
The woman told police she drove away, while the suspect was half inside the car trying to turn off the engine.
Police identify the suspect as Francisco Castillo III, 28, of Camden. He is charged with second degree robbery.
The female driver was not hurt.
