Kraft Plant Remains Closed After Deadly Shootings

The Kraft food plant where a just-suspended employee allegedly shot and killed two people in Philadelphia is closed until further notice.

A statement from Kraft Foods says counseling will be offered to employees.

Yvonne Hiller, 43, had been escorted from the plant after an altercation with coworkers. Police say that Hiller returned with a handgun and opened fire. Two people were killed and a third critically injured.

Officers say she also fired at them once they isolated her in a room.

The president of a threat assessment firm says mass shootings are rarely carried out by women. But he says that doesn't mean people should discount the violence potential of females.
