Suspect captured in Florida

After more than a month of searching, Philadelphia Police say that the man they belive shot and killed an employee of a Port Richmond Jiffy Lube was in custody Tuesday.

David "Sleepy" Reyes, 29, was captured by U.S. Marshals in Jacksonville, Fla., Philly Police confirmed to NBC10.

Police say that Reyes will soon be extradicted to Pennsylvania and charged with murder and related charges.

Back in May, Chief Inspector Scott Small told NBC10 that Samuel Riviera was shot in the face and chest as he was driving a customer's car into a service bay at the Jiffy Lube along the 3600 block of Aramingo Avenue.

Several people witnessed the shooting, according to Small.

"We know that just prior to the shooting, that led to a homicide, there was an argument between the victim and the shooter," Small said at the time. "We're getting information that it was a heated argument -- that's what the witnesses told us. We don't know what the argument was over."

It's still unclear when Reyes will return to Philly.
