JetBlue to Land in Philly This Spring

The airline is the fourth airline to introduce service at Philadelphia International Airport this year

JetBlue will make a grand landing at Philadelphia International Airport this spring.

On Thursday, the airline announced their plans to start offering five daily nonstop flights from Philadelphia to Boston Logan International Airport, starting on May 23, 2013.

JetBlue is the fourth airline to announce new service at Philadelphia International Airport this year. Virgin America and Alaska Airlines began routes to the West Coast in the spring. Spirit Airlines also announced that starting in April of 2013, they will begin offering nonstop service to Dallas-Fort Worth.

JetBlue was named "Top Low cost Airline for Customer Satisfaction" by JD Power and Associates from 2007-2011.

"We are absolutely thrilled that travelers in the Philadelphia region will now have convenient access to JetBlue, an airline that has distinguished itself with the kind of innovation and customer service that we value,” said Mayor Michael Nutter in a news release issued by the airport.
