Interstate 95 Northbound has reopened in Chester after police investigated a serious crash.
A person was walking on the interstate near the Kerlin Street exit and was struck by a car, police said.
There's no word yet on the condition of the victim. The busy interstate, however, was closed for hours between exit five and exit seven before reopening about 7:30 a.m.
