Hotline Launched for Businesses to Prepare for Papal Visit

Philadelphia's Department of Commerce on Monday launched a resource center for local businesses preparing for Pope Francis' weekend.

A business resource center providing information to businesses on how the World Meeting of Families and the papal visit will impact their employees and operations will be available starting Monday.

The resource center will accept inquiries Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Businesses can call 215-683-2100 with their questions, or can email questions to business@phila.gov.

Businesses are urged to use this service if questions are not answered by the city's papal visit information center website.
