3 Arrests After Violent South Jersey House Party Leaves Officers Hurt

Two officers were injured after they encountered several people “who were argumentative and aggressive towards police” at a house party in South Jersey.

About 3 a.m. Sunday, officers with the Gloucester Township Police Department were called to a home on Hollywood Avenue for a disturbance at a house party.

When officers arrived, investigators say they encountered numerous party-goers who were “argumentative and aggressive towards police failing.” The suspects were "failing to cooperate with the investigation," police said.

Three people were eventually taken into custody.

During the arrests, one officer suffered an injury to his hand and another suffered a leg injury. Both officers were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and were later released.

Mark Hueftle, 23, of Blackwood; Jozlyn Crespo, 27, of Pennsauken; and Nicholas Addezio, 24, of Deptford were all charged with obstruction, resisting arrest and aggravated assault.
