Big-Rig Hauling Produce Overturns on Busy Exit Ramp in South Jersey

A tractor-trailer hauling produce overturned on an exit ramp in South Jersey Wednesday morning.

The crash happened about 5 a.m. on the exit ramp from Route 55 northbound to Route 322 in Harrison Township.

SkyForce 10 was over the scene shortly after the accident where it showed the big-rig on its side.

The tractor-trailer was hauling oranges, which ended up on a grassy area.

The crash also caused the big rig to leak diesel fuel onto the road.

The exit ramp was closed for several hours while crews worked to clean up and clear the scene.

There were no reports of any injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
