Game 1 of Flyers-Pens Set For Wednesday

Third time in five seasons that Flyers, Penguins meet in playoffs

The much-anticipated Keystone State playoff showdown between the Flyers and the Pittsburgh Penguins will get underway on Wednesday evening.

The NHL released the official schedule for the conference quarterfinals Sunday afternoon. This will be the third time in five years that the Penguins and Flyers have met in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, with the Penguins defeating Philadelphia in both the 2008 Eastern Conference Finals and the 2009 Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.

The schedule and national broadcast information is below. Games 1, 2, and 4 can be viewed on Comcast SportsNet in the Philadelphia area. This information will be updated for games 5, 6, and 7 as the series progresses, if necessary.
