Friends Find Body of Man Missing in Pennypack

The 20-year-old fell into the creek Tuesday.

Police in Philadelphia say a body recovered on the banks of Pennypack Creek is that of a man who disappeared while rafting in a flash flood.

Police say friends of Saulius Kvaraciejus found his body Thursday afternoon.

Kvaraciejus was with two friends on separate blow-up pool rafts on the rain-swollen creek Tuesday. Kvaraciejus fell into the raging water and could not be found.

The victim was 20 and lived in the city's Holmesburg section.

Earlier that day, another man was rescued from the creek a few miles away.
