Former Parking Lot Attendant Arrested in Game Day Rape

The rape allegedly happened on a bus outside of Lincoln Financial field during Oct. 2008 game

A former parking lot attendant is arrested in connection with a rape, that happened during an Eagles game on Oct. 5, 2008, according to Philadelphia Police.

DNA evidence led investigators to 22-year-old Tiaghgee Daughtry, according to Philadelphia's Special Victims Unit. He was 19 at the time of the alleged attack.

The 40-year-old woman left the game alone at halftime, and asked a man wearing a yellow "staff" shirt for assistance in getting back to her tailgate bus, according to investigators.

The woman told police after he helped her back to the bus, in the parking lot at 700 Pattison Avenue, the man returned a few minutes later and sexually assaulted her, according to police.

Police say Daughtry is already behind bars, serving time for another crime.
