A firefighter is recovering after a house fire in Gladwyne, Montgomery County.
The fire broke out at a home on the 800 block of Youngs Fork Road around 3:25 p.m.
The blaze was brought under control around 3:40 p.m. but a firefighter was injured in the process. He was taken to the Lakenau Medical Center. Officials have not yet revealed his condition or how he was injured but say he was “conscious and alert.”
Police have not yet revealed the cause of the fire.
