People at the scene of Thursday's massive fire that started near a popular Seaside Park ice cream shop took to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Vine to share what was unfolding.
The Kohr's Ice Cream shop is a popular destination on the boardwalk.
The fire damaged five blocks of boardwalk including nearly 50 businesses and an amusement pier in both Seaside Park and Seaside Heights.Flames could be seen from about a mile away.
