Fire Breaks Out at Kensington Apartment Complex

Crews are at the scene of an apartment fire near the El Station in Kensington.

The fire broke out Monday night at an apartment on 3258 Kensington Avenue. Firefighters are currently at the scene rescuing people from the building. Officials say at least one person was sent to the hospital. They have not yet revealed how severe the person's injuries are.

A family of four who lived in the complex is currently being assisted by the Red Cross.
