A father grabbed his kids after a fight with their mother, put them in a already running car and sped away from a North Philly home Friday morning, police said.
The parents were arguing in a house on the 600 block of Rising Sun Avenue around 6 a.m. when the dad took their children from the home and put them in an unknown person's car, which was warming up on the street, and drove off, authorities said.
Investigators said the children, who have since been reunited with their mother, were never in any danger.
Police tracked down the stolen vehicle a short distance away and arrested the dad.
