Update: NE Extension Reopens After Tanker Crushes Car
Part of the Pennsylvania Turnpike's Northeast Extension is closed following a fatal crash involving a tanker truck early Monday morning.
Officials say one person is dead following the crash early Friday morning in Lower Salford Township, Montgomery County.
The collision happened around 3 a.m. in the northbound lanes between the Lansdale and Quakertown exits.
