FBI Web Site to Name, Find “Philly Bandits”

FBI asks for the public's help with new suspect Web site

The FBI in Philadelphia is launching a Web site to get public help identifying and locating suspects.

The FBI will post surveillance photos, mug shots or other information on unsolved crimes on www.phillybandits.com.

The public can leave anonymous tips on the site, and possibly qualify for reward money.

The FBI operates similar Web sites around the country aimed at finding fugitives. The Philadelphia site will also be used to try to identify unknown suspects.

The site includes suspected bank robbers, convenience store thieves and other violent criminals.
