A former cop and firefighter is accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.
Michael Archacki of Quarryville was arrested on August 29. Quarryville Police say that Archacki abused the girl during the months of May and June at his home on Graystone Lane.
Archacki is charged with sexual abuse, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault and other related offenses.
He was taken to Central Booking in Lancaster City where he was arraigned on his charges. No information is available as of now on his bail.
Archacki was a part-time police officer with the South Coatesville Police Department before resigning in 2010. He was also a full-time firefighter with the Chester City Fire Department.
