Police are investigating the assault of an elderly man in a Delaware County last night.
Investigators say that the 70-year-old was walking on Honeysuckle Drive when he was attacked from behind by three men.
When police arrived on scene, the sent the man to Christiana Hospital where he is in critical condition.
The attackers are described as three black men.
