Driver Killed in I-195 Crash

A man is dead after an accident in Jackson Township, New Jersey.

Police say a silver Honda was traveling eastbound on I-195 when it crossed over the median and into the westbound lanes of traffic. The Honda struck a Hyundai Sedan in the left lane of the westbound side.

Police say the impact caused the Honda to spin out of control and collide with a Volvo station wagon.
The driver of the Honda, a 21-year-old man from Oakhurst, New Jersey, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police also say the occupants inside the Volvo suffered minor injuries and were taken to the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. The driver of the Hyundai was not injured.

Police have not yet revealed what caused the victim to lose control of his vehicle. They continue to investigate.
