A driver is in the hospital after police say he accidentally crashed his SUV into a CVS store in the Mayfair section of the city.
Police say the man was pulling into the parking lot of the CVS on Harbison Avenue when he accidentally hit the accelerator. The SUV crashed through the front window of the store.
The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to Nazareth Hospital where he is currently in stable condition.
Police say the man will not be charged.
