The PBS Weekly series “Need to Know” is airing a report on the dogs that survived Michael Vick’s dog-fighting ring and where they are today.

Vick, the star quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles, served two years in prison for running the dog-fighting ring.
PBS (WHYY) uncovers what happened to those dogs and whether or not they are thriving at their new locations, airing their findings Friday night.
