Former Philadelphia Police officers Christopher Luciano and Sean Alivera are both scheduled to appear in court today for a plea hearing.
Back in October, the two officers were charged with stealing marijuana with a street value of $24,000 and $3,000 cash from an undercover officer posing as a drug dealer.
Investigators also believe that the men planned to have the drugs redistributed on the street by a drug dealer.
The men are charged with criminal conspiracy, robbery, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, theft and other related charges.
