β€˜It's Viagra' Heroin Cover-up Falls Limp

Police say the man was stopped on I-95 for speeding when the officer noticed he was high.

Police say that a Delaware County man tried to pass heroin off as the male enhancement drug Viagra in a traffic stop last Thursday, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

Twenty-two-year-old Richard Clatterbuck of Media, Pa. was noticably high on heroin when he was pulled over for speeding on I-95 in Tinicum Township, police tell the Daily News.

Authorities discovered that five bags found in Clatterbuck's car labeled "Viagra" was actually heroin," reports the paper.

Clatterbuck is charged with drug offenses and Driving Under the Influence.
