5 Arrested in Separate Delaware Burglary Strings

Five people were arrested in two separate burglary strings in Sussex County, Delaware.

Matthew Miller, 36, and Kimberly Parsons, 44, both of Millsboro, were arrested Tuesday and accused of committing several burglaries in Sussex County between December, 2015 and March, 2016. The duo allegedly broke into sheds and stole chainsaws, generators and power tools. They then went to area pawn shops and exchanged the items for cash, according to investigators.

Police say the two committed the burglaries while Parsons worked as a newspaper delivery person and Miller rode with her.

Parsons is charged with burglary, conspiracy, theft, criminal mischief, selling stolen property and falsifying business records. Miller is charged with burglary, attempted burglary, conspiracy, theft and criminal mischief. They were both arraigned and remanded to the Delaware Department of Corrections.

After a separate investigation, Sheila Quebral, 46, Damien Andell, 28, and Kevin Andell, 49, all of Millsboro, were arrested Wednesday and charged in a series of car burglaries. Police say the three committed a series of car thefts between March and April of this year in Sussex County. The suspects allegedly stole GPS, wallets, and firearms and then exchanged the items for money at pawn shops.

All three are charged with burglary, theft of a firearm, conspiracy and other related offenses. They were also remanded to the Delaware Department of Corrections.
