Police Arrest 4th Suspect in Murder of Del. Businessman and Wife

Authorities say a fourth man has been arrested in the 2013 killings of a Wilmington couple in a murder-for-hire case.

New Castle County police say 32-year-old Aaron Thompson of Wilmington was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and other crimes in the killings of Joseph and Olga Connell.

Investigators say the Connells were ambushed outside the Paladin Club Condominiums in September 2013. Both were shot in the head.

Authorities say the killings were arranged by Christopher Rivers, who was Joseph Connell's partner at a Talleyville auto repair shop.

Rivers and another man, Dominique Benson, are charged with first-degree murder and other crimes.

A fourth suspect, Joshua Bey, a convicted felon and former FBI informant, pleaded guilty to conspiracy and agreed to testify against Rivers and Benson.
