Del. Police Bust the ‘Baby-Faced Burglars'

The duo dubbed as the "baby-faced burglars" were arrested Friday, according to Delaware State Police.

The alleged burglars were actually 27-year-old Paul Ellifritz and 20-year-old Christopher Godfrey, said police.

The duo was named as the suspects in a March 25, 2009 burglary at Aquinas Academy in Bear, Del. The suspects live within walking distance of Aquinas, according to police.

Godfrey was charged with theft, criminal mischief, theft and conspiracy for the incident last week only, said police.

Ellifritz was arrested for the March 25 incident and five other burglaries dating back to September 2008 that happened at Aquinas Academy. He was charged with a slew of charges including burglary, theft, criminal mischief and conspiracy, according to cops.

Police tracked down the duo after investigators gathered enough information to obtain a search warrant. They searched both suspects' homes and recovered evidence that linked each man to the crime.

Both men were committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institute in lieu of bail.
