Service on a SEPTA trolley line was interrupted when a man became trapped underneath a trolley car on Friday night.
The accident happened around 11 p.m. at North 63rd Street and West Jefferson Street.
Authorities were able to rescue the man and transport him to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Authorities did not release the man's condition.
