A tractor trailer accident closed the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Chester, Delaware County on Monday afternoon and caused huge delays during the evening rush.
The tractor trailer ended up on its side just before 4 p.m. at Route 320. Just one lane of traffic on I-95 got by for more than an hour, between Route 320 and Interstate 476.
Chopper10 shows heavy traffic delays in the area. The accident scene was cleared at 5:15 p.m.
There is no word on injuries or the cause of the crash.
