Convicted Sex Offender Busted for Child Porn

Officials found 72 videos of child porn -- some featuring a toddler

A Delaware County man is in trouble with the law for a second time after officials found child pornography in his home.

Anthony Diodoro, 30, was charged with 25 counts of possessing child pornography Friday morning after probationary officers found 72 videos on his notebook computer, officials say.

The videos were discovered during a routine probationary check at his Folsom, Pa. home on June 24. Many of the videos featured pre-pubescent children and even a 3-year-old toddler engaged in sexual acts, officials say.

"We had no inkling that he had a computer until we made a visit to his residence that evening," probation officer Christopher Pawlowski said.

Delco D.A. Michael Green says Diodoro admitted to downloading the videos via Internet file sharing service Limewire.

This is the second time Diodoro has been arrested for possessing child porn. He was released from prison in late December.

In that case, he was originally found guilty of 30 counts of sexual abuse of children. That ruling was later overturned after his counsel argued Diodoro only merely searched for child porn and did not download it to his computer.

The case went all the way to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court who eventually reinstated his conviction.

If he's found guilty of being a repeat offender, Diodoro faces up to 25 years in prison, officials say.
