Cliff Lee Sells Rittenhouse Condo for $6.55M

If you wanted to live in a luxury condo owned by a former professional athlete, you just lost your most recent chance.

Cliff Lee, the former pitcher for the Phillies, just sold his Rittenhouse condo for $6.55 million, according to Philly.com.

Lee purchased the condo at 1706 Rittenhouse Square in 2011 after signing his second contract with the Phillies. Lee listed his 4,166 square-foot condo in April for $6.9 million.

The condo is equipped with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, master suite, and views of the city skyline.
