A employee of the city of Philadephia was driving a city-owned truck when it crashed in South Philadelphia, police said.
The accident happened at 13th and Bigler Street in South Philadelphia.
Police say the driver of the city vehicle lost control and drove up on a lawn into a house.
The city worker is being investigated for a possible DUI.
