Child Porn Charges for Upper Darby Man

An Upper Darby man is behind bars after authorities discovered he was in possession of child pornography on Thursday.

According to the Delaware County Daily Times, 26-year-old David Miller, of Kent Road is charged with 15 counts of possessing child pornography and four counts of disseminating child porn. He is the 12th person this year busted by the Delaware County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, says the paper.

The Delco Times reports on Feb. 9 Miller downloaded four files. The pornographic files where located when Detective Lisa Carroll and Detective Lt. David C. Peifer were trying to identify people possessing and sharing child porn through an online investigation.

Authorities went to Miller’s Upper Darby home on March 10, says the Times.

”When asked if he knew anything about the child pornography, he stated he did,” according to the affidavit obtained by the paper.

After further questioning, Miller asked for a lawyer.

Miller remains in jail after failing to post bail, reports the Delco Times.
