A 10-year-old was pronounced dead shortly after he arrived at St. Christopher's Hospital Thursday afternoon.
The child was rushed from a home on the 3100 block of Magee Avenue to the hospital after his 58-year-old grandmother found him face down in the bathtub just after 11:15 a.m., according to police.
The boy was pronounced dead less than an hour later.
