A man was shot and killed by a Chester police officer just after midnight Wednesday.
District Attorney Emily Harris told NBC10 that an altercation during a stop led to the deadly shooting on the 2000 block of Congress Street.
No word on what the man was being stopped for or why the two began fighting.
