A vandal smashed the windows of several vehicles parked along the 6300 block of Carnation Street in Germantown, according to Philadelphia Police.
About eight cars were targeted around 10 p.m.on Monday.
It's the latest incident in a string of vehicle vandalism in Philadelphia. There have been several tire slashings in Mayfair, police say several vehicles in this neighborhood have been targeted more than once over the past several months.
